Rabbyt (operated by AAServent / Harpy I.T. Solutions Inc.) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

Information You Provide

Calculator inputs you enter are processed entirely in your browser. We do not send your financial inputs to our servers unless you explicitly share a calculation via the Share feature, which stores the inputs in Cloudflare KV with a 1-year expiration.

Automatically Collected Information

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible Analytics) which collects:

  • Page views (aggregate, not per-user)
  • Referrer source
  • Country (derived from IP, IP not stored)
  • Device type (mobile/desktop)
  • Browser type

Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track users across websites. No IP addresses are stored.

Local Storage

We use browser local storage (not cookies) to save your most recent calculator inputs for 7 days so you can resume where you left off. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Cookies

Rabbyt does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services (cookie consent tool, affiliate tracking) may set cookies as disclosed in our cookie banner.

  • Impact.com — affiliate tracking (only when you click affiliate links)

Your Rights

Since we collect minimal data, there is little to request. However, if you are a California resident (CCPA) or EU resident (GDPR), you may contact us to request information about data we hold. Since we don't collect personal data beyond aggregate analytics, there is typically nothing to disclose, delete, or correct.

Shared Calculations

When you share a calculation, the inputs are stored in Cloudflare KV and accessible to anyone with the share link. Share links expire after 1 year. Shared data contains financial inputs (property prices, rents, etc.) but no personally identifying information.
